"STEM" City

A STEM City/Town project is a collective impact project that will tap into the education ecosystem embracing the technology revolution to provide a 21st Century education for its children, economic viability, and 21st Century a workforce development. It is a project that increases economic posterity by future-proofing kids for a 21st Century economy, developing a workforce to support current businesses, and positioning a city, town, or region as a 21st Century place in which to live, work, and play.

Work Force Development

IVY LADDER's Student Career Academy is a proven step-by-step program that addresses workforce development. Our video and activity based online learning program takes students ages 16-24 on a transformative journey to help them land jobs and internships faster (83% of past student participants that looked for a job or internship found one within 4 months). In the process, they also learn critical soft skills employers are looking for such as research, problem solving, critical thinking and communication

Statewide Literacy and Math

In Michigan, with our help, Imagine Learning was awarded a statewide math literacy contract. With Imagine Math you can give your students the individualized curriculum, direct instruction in reading comprehension strategies, and ongoing assessment they need to read at grade level and achieve success in the classroom and beyond.

Municipal Finance Reform 

We are fortunate to be working with the Hurley Medical Center and the City of Flint on the dynamics in state municipal funding. Our goal is to find sustainable avenue for local municipals and city hospitals to be proactive regarding population shifts and urban sprawl.
